Raised in Crossville, Tennessee, Cody Gilmer’s career in the trades began at an early age. At just 14 years old, he started working in the family business as a helper, supporting installation crews and learning the business from the ground up. Over the following years, he advanced through nearly every operational role within the company, developing a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for serving customers.

By the age of 18, Cody had become a Lead Installer and later expanded his expertise into service, sales, and business operations while pursuing his college education. In 2021, he graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, combining hands-on industry experience with a strong foundation in financial and organizational management.

As the company expanded into the Knoxville market, Cody played a key role in shaping its growth and strategic direction. In June 2021, he transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer, where he helped strengthen the organization’s financial performance, operational processes, and long-term planning. His commitment to professional development led him to earn multiple industry credentials, including EPA Certification, NATE Certification, Limited Licensed Electrician (LLE), Limited Licensed Plumber (LLP), and Mechanical Contractor Licensing (CMC-C).

In October 2023, Cody assumed the role of Integrator, where he is responsible for translating vision into execution across the organization (Execution and Alignment). He works closely with leadership and department teams to align strategy, improve operational performance, drive accountability, and support sustainable growth. Cody remains passionate about building a world-class home services company that creates opportunities for employees while delivering exceptional service to customers throughout East Tennessee.
